Right GinRIGHT Gin Cocktails

ALL ABOUT SEAFOOD

Mr. RIGHT
2 oz RIGHT Gin
2 Pieces fresh Pineapple
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
6 Basil Leaves
1 Pineapple slice Garnish

Muddle Two pieces of fresh Pineapple juice, Simple Syrup and Basil Leaves. Add remaining ingredients and shake Vigorously. Strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with a basil leaf and Pineapple Slice.

 

HOLIDAY COCKTAILS

Santa’s Special Sauce
1 ½ oz RIGHT Gin
1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Egg White
6 Basil Leaves
Fresh Cinnamon

Muddle Basil, Lemon juice, and Simple. Combine remaining ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain. Grate fresh cinnamon on top of the drink.

RIGHT Lady Marmalade
1 ½ oz RIGHT Gin
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tblspn Orange Marmalade
1 Dash Blood Orange Bitters

Combine all Ingredients and Shake Vigorously. Strain over fresh Ice.

 

THANKSGIVING

The Mayflower
1 ½ oz Right Gin
½ oz Leopolds Cranberry Liquor
Fresh cranberries
slice lemon juice
Rosemary sprig garnish

Muddle cranberries and lemon I bottom of shaker
Add ice , gin, cranberry liquor and agave nectar, Shake, strain into martini glass garnish with Rosemary

 

FIT FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Tuscany
1 ½ oz Right Gin
½ oz Limoncello
¼ cut Tahitian Vanilla bean
¼ oz Agave Nectar
Citrus infused sea salt rim

Shake gin, limoncello, vanilla, lemon and nectar with ice, strain into salt rimmed glass
