Still wowing the press, media personality Susan Irby, also known as The Bikini Chef Susan Irby, turned up most recently in Florence, Italy, at the Pitti Imagine Uomo 2007, wrote and shot The Bikini Chef cooking show for On-Demand, appeared on The Patty Gribow Show, at the Art of Food & Wine Festival, in The Orange County Register, and is headed for Italy, France and Spain this October for film and culinary events.

Susan is upon completion of writing and publishing her second cookbook, "figure flattering flavors: Enjoying Gourmet the Bikini Chef Way." In other media, Susan shines as Sigmund Freud's mother in the indy film, "Siggy's Mother's Day Present," produced by Matt Schutt.
