Susan's passion for cooking stuck and she became Chef Susan, working in premiere International restaurants under Master Chefs in Florence, Italy, & France, then returned to the United States to teach cooking classes for gourmet markets like Gelson's, Whole Foods, and Sur La Table, and such esteemed organizations as Women Chefs & Restauranteurs, YPO and WPO private events, Bloomingdales, and Los Angeles Unified School District.

"Wow," says Susan. "Suddenly, I was a chef, teaching others my secrets for eating gourmet and staying thin. It's an invigorating experience." What are those secrets? Susan shares. "Infuse a few fresh herbs, a hint of fresh citrus, skip the heavy creams & head for the beach. It's no surprise my culinary students penned the name The Bikini Chef, featuring 'figure flattering flavors.'"

As the Bikini Chef, Susan cooks for & with celebrities such as Patrick Swayze, Baby Face Edmonds, David Spade, Katey Segal, James Garner, Chef Rocco Dispirito,Chef Robert Irvine, Chef Todd English, Chef Ming Tsai, famed pastry chef Sherry Yard, actor Dennis Cole, radio personality Bill Handel, Ritz Carlton Master Chef George McNeil, Chef Oliver Reschreiter & so many more fun, fabulous people.
